Description
The Neurometric Balance Mat is used by vestibular physiotherapists and neurological rehabilitation professionals to assist in the management of clients with balance-related health conditions, particularly those with a neurological dimension like Parkinson’s disease. This system enables twelve 20-second balance tests with the person’s eyes open and then closed while standing in the normal, semi-tandem, tandem, feet together and left and right foot stances. Results are viewable onscreen in real-time in the form of a dynamic graph and score and also saved in the Balance Mat test results system for comparison over time.
